Welcome to Singabantu Afrika Pty Ltd – Third-Party Fixed LTE Coverage! We're delighted to offer you internet connectivity. Before you begin enjoying our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
Unlimited Calls Policy
The unlimited calls included in your subscription are strictly limited to local (South Africa) calls only across all South African Networks. This policy excludes international calls, premium-rate numbers, and any other special service numbers. Any calls made outside of the local calling scope will be billed separately according to the applicable rates.
Subscribers are encouraged to use the service responsibly to avoid unexpected charges. For further clarification, please contact our customer service team.
O) Supplier Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP):
MTN 30mbps: Once 50GB per month AUP Limit is reached, speed will change to 2Mbps. Speed is dependent on your LTE router capability and available capacity on the LTE tower your device is connected to.
MTN 75mbps: Once 150GB AUP Limit is reached, speed will change to 2Mbps. Speed is dependent on your LTE router capability and available capacity on the LTE tower your device is connected to.
MTN 100mbps: Once 500GB AUP Limit is reached, speed will change to 2Mbps. Speed is dependent on your LTE router capability and available capacity on the LTE tower your device is connected to.
P) Method of Payment:
The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the subscription fees will be debited from their designated debit card (Via PayFast) on the first date following their salary payment date. The subscriber accepts full liability for any additional fees or charges incurred in connection with the subscription. The onus lies with the subscriber to ensure that their card details are accurate and up to date. Should any changes occur to their card details, including but not limited to card expiry, replacement, or cancellation, it is the subscriber's responsibility to notify the provider promptly to avoid disruption of services or additional charges. If the card payment is unsuccessful, the subscriber agrees to settle their subscription fee via electronic funds transfer (EFT) no later than the 4th day of the calendar month. Subscribers paying via debit card must ensure payment is successfully processed no later than the 2nd day of the calendar month. Failure to settle accounts by the specified dates will result in penalties and interest being applied. Penalties and interest charges will be added to accounts that remain unsettled after the 4th of each calendar month. It remains the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time to avoid additional charges or disruption of service.
